Before enquiring, please take a moment to read the information below.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 7 days' notice
Failure to provide 7 days' notice for a reschedule will result in a 50% loss of your deposit.
If you need to reschedule a second time, your full deposit will be forfeited, and a new one will be required to rebook.
Touch Ups
If you believe your tattoo needs a touch up, please send a clear photo via email.
You're eligible for one free touch-up within three months of your appointment, unless the issue is due to:

Poor aftercare

Use of numbing cream
-
Placement on high-wear areas (like hands, fingers, feet etc.)

If it's part of a large cover-up
Please note: Free touch-ups are not available on Saturdays.
Design Policy
Designs will be shared with you on the day of your appointment.
Don't worry! There will be ample time on the day to make any necessary adjustments to your design.
Any major changes to the design on the day will cause for reschedule and 50% loss of your deposit.
Additional Information
Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable to another person or design.
Vouchers must be used before expiration date.
Vouchers are non-transferable.
Loss or damage to vouchers, I will not be responsible for.
